Culture

 Hello Readers!
In this post I will talk a little about the culture of this wonderful country that is Brazil. I'll tell some of our mores, typical food and different things. I hope you enjoy. Come on!

Brazil's culture is a synthesis of the influence of the various peoples and ethnic groups that formed the Brazilian people. There is a perfectly homogenous Brazilian culture, but a mosaic of different cultural strands that form together the culture of Brazil. Of course, after more than three centuries of Portuguese colonization, Brazil's culture is mostly of Lusitanian root.
The Brazilian cuisine is the result of a mixture of European, indigenous and African ingredients. The average Brazilian basic meal consists of rice, beans and meat. The internationally known dish is the feijoada. In the Northeast there is a large African influence in the cuisine, especially acarajé, vatapd and pepper sauce. In the north there is the Indian influence in the use of cassava and freshwater fish. In the Southeast there are several dishes like beans drover and polenta, in Minas Gerais, and pizza in Sao Paulo. In the south there is strong influence of Italian cuisine in dishes such as polenta and also of German cuisine. The barbecue is typical of Rio Grande do Sul, which is also a very strong feature in brasileira.O Brazilian culture is a good barbecue lover accompanied by drinks such as beer, draft beer and caipirinha making wine for other occasions.

Thank you!
To the next!
Bye bye <3
